I have a plot in Omaxe Metro City
I have a plot in Omaxe Metro City , Lucknow project phase -1 but there is no any more development work as per commitments.Also as per registered agreement I have already paid approx 90% of total cost but they suddenly increased the price 😔 approx 30% at the total cost of property at time of issue of possession offer. Regarding this illigal amount I wrote an email and I met him personally with Mr.Syed in Omaxe Metro City office but he said I can't do anything.Also I asked his senior officer name and contact details but he refused and said you have to pay extra money. As per my bad experience Omaxe group is a not authentic and trustworthy.
